Performance features:
The frame structure is made of all-steel welding, with four-corner and eight-sided right-angle guide rails, high precision, good rigidity, and hydraulic preloading. The hydraulic system uses a two-way cartridge integrated valve; the entire system works stably and reliably, with long service life, less leakage, and fewer fault points. The electrical system is controlled by "PLC" programmable controller; it can be configured with digital display, photoelectric protection device and mobile workbench (to facilitate mold replacement).
This series of hydraulic presses have double-action functions of the upper slider and lower hydraulic pad. The hydraulic pad can be changed into an ejector according to user requirements. It can also be used for stretching. Therefore, the process range is wide, and it can complete the stretching, bending, punching (buffer device required) and other processes of metal sheets. It can realize two processes of constant pressure and fixed range, and has the function of maintaining pressure and delaying time. The delay time is adjustable. The working pressure and stroke can be adjusted within the specified range according to process requirements. The operation is simple and centralized controlled by buttons. It has three operating modes: adjustment, manual and semi-automatic.

It can be used for stretching, punching, bending, turning and other processes, and is suitable for: automotive industry, home appliance industry, kitchenware industry, etc.
